Every category ships to an agreed spec. For fresh produce that means size count, ripeness stage, color, and defect tolerance. For spices, cocoa, and processed goods it means moisture, screen size, grade, and packaging. Put your spec in writing and we will confirm what we can hold to before you commit a purchase order.

Caribbean crops run on their own calendars. Some overlap across origins, others have tight windows of a few weeks. We publish a season-ahead calendar so you can plan promotions and shelf space, then a live weekly availability list during the season. Tell us your target arrival weeks and we will tell you honestly whether the crop will be there.
