02 / SUPPLY
Erratic supply breaks buying programs. We work with growers across more than one growing zone, so a single storm does not empty your order. You get a harvest calendar ahead of the season, a live availability list during it, and a heads-up when a crop is running short instead of a surprise on the invoice. Standing orders are welcome, and we hold capacity for repeat accounts.

03 / COLD CHAIN
Tropical produce is unforgiving once the temperature slips. Product is cooled soon after harvest, held at the right storage temperature for each crop, and loaded into pre-cooled reefer containers. We log temperatures through each handoff so you can see the chain held. [PLACEHOLDER: name specific cold storage facilities and reefer logistics partners].
04 / GRADING
You tell us the size count, ripeness stage, and pack format your buyers expect, and we pack to it. Every lot is sorted for size, color, and defects before it leaves the packhouse. We hold to a written spec sheet per customer, so the box that arrives matches the one you sold. Reject criteria are agreed up front, in writing.

06 / COMPLIANCE
A border hold costs more than the fruit inside it. We prepare the documentation your customs broker and receivers need, and we keep traceability back to the farm and the lot. [PLACEHOLDER: list active certifications such as GlobalG.A.P., HACCP, a GFSI-benchmarked scheme, and FDA facility registration number]. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm phytosanitary and export permit handling for each destination market].
TRACEABILITY
Traceable to farm and lot
07 / REQUEST
Tell us the product, the volume, the destination port, and your target arrival window. We come back with pricing, available pack formats, and the nearest sailing. Samples are available for qualified buyers. [PLACEHOLDER: sales email and phone number].
